DEWATERING SCREEN.

Economy OAC120A SIMPLI-FLO single deck horizontal dewatering screens are designed to receive granulated alloy particles ranging from .05 mm to +40mm. The dewatering screen decks incorporate a combination of B-Z style stainless steel and urethane screen panels.

The dewatering screen is a horizontal oscillating over-head drive, mounted to the base plate by vertical coil springs. The amplitude ranges from 3/8” to ¾”. Operating speeds range from 765 to 900 rpm. The dewatering screen is powered by a 25 hp 1800 RPM NEMA C electric motor.
